Discovery
We begin by structuring your project idea and defining the requirements for the system as well as scope of work. Based on that we prepare an initial ballpark estimation

Concept
During concept phase, we focus on researching the needs of both business and users, and create initial prototypes of the solution. If validation of the concept proves to be successful, we proceed with designing actual interfaces of the system

UI design
At this point we transform the rough wireframes and concepts into refined and fully documented interface mockups. Optionally we can conduct pre-production usability tests to ensure a flawless UX throughtout the entire system

MVP Development
We begin this phase with estimate refinement and scope adjustments if necessary. The development itself follows Scrum principles and is organized into 1-2 week sprints, with sprint planning meetings at the beginning and deployments & retrospective at the end of each sprint.
